It is highly recommended that credit earned in HomeLink classes be reported on an accredited transcript, easing the recognition of the credit by other institutions. The cost for the transcript service adds an additional $10 per month to the HomeLink tuition. Classes other than HomeLink classes can also be added to this transcript for an additional charge. More information is available on that process. This service is offered by default to all HomeLink families. If you do NOT want this transcript service, change this option to "no." If your student is less than 14 years old, you may safely ignore this. Please check the box next to each of the following to indicate your acceptance: I understand that class fees are to be paid by the 15th of each month from September through June (10 months,) if paying by the month. I understand that the HomeLink Program includes class time, curriculum research and selection, assignment writing, grading and cost of materials. Therefore, class fees are due regardless of attendance. * If the student attends more than one session, but then drops the class before the end of the quarter, a drop fee of $25 will be due. * I give permission to use photos of my student(s) in HomeLink/NARHS promotional materials. * I understand that as a family new to HomeLink, attendance at the HomeLink Orientation and the “Getting Started” classes is mandatory for parents and their students. * A student is considered enrolled until a parent submits written notification of changes or withdrawal. * Parent Signature* By entering your name in this box, you are acknowledging that the above information is true to the best of your knowledge. This is considered to be an "electronic signature" under the United States ESIGN Commerce Act.
